Ronda Rousey – WWE Debut as Predicted!
JP and I were half right when we predicted that Ronda Rousey would make an appearance at the 2018 Royal Rumble. Selfishly we wanted her to be in the match but just having her now be a part of a movement that others have pioneered should be pretty interesting. Why would I say it should be pretty interesting? There are literally hundreds of workers in the industry that would love the chance that Ronda has. Not to mention the select few that have blazed her way in the squared circle just as Ronda has for others in the Octagon.
Locker Room Reception
When Professional Wrestlers do what they do there cornerstones of competition. Those cornerstones consisting of communication, trust and mutual respect to put on a show. We all know that Ronda can put on a show and will always be a trustworthy and respected athlete, however, the question still remains and needs to be asked. What kind of entertainer with “Rowdy” Ronda Rousey be?
“You will not find a more dedicated human being at becoming the absolute best at whatever she puts her mind to no matter what stands in her way and less we forget she also single handedly, made Dana White eat his own words about women in the UFC.”
Ronda, Work Ethic, Rowdy and the 4HorseWomen
Here’s what I know about Ronda Rousey, her work ethic, her upbringing and her dedication to her craft. “You will not find a more dedicated human being at becoming the absolute best at whatever she puts her mind to no matter what stands in her way and less we forget she also single handedly, made Dana White eat his own words about women in the UFC.” She has battled her entire life and we should expect nothing more than a perfect effort from Ronda in our squared circle each and every time she enters the squared circle.
Her hero pro wrestling idol, “Rowdy” Roddy Piper, was a dear friend of the show for many years even after the WrestlFanFest debacle at the Cow Palace. If “Rowdy” Ronda can emmulate what Piper meant to the WWF I can guarantee we will see a standalone womens show coming soon to a TV near you! Not to mention she has already had some in ring experience and with Shayna Baszler by her side……this could be just the start of another evolution of the Women’s Division.
